PHASE 1

Community development

Create all our communication channels and start building a strong community. The first 100 people that join our discord will be getting OG status and will be granted access to private discord channels and will be whitelisted to mint NFLips before public mint.

OG members

OG members will also be able to mint an OG pass for free (gas fees apply) which will have certain perks down the road. More information in regards to the OG passes and the utility will be announced after mint is complete. Trust us you will want to mint and keep this.

Our goals

Ensure that our community has a clear understanding of our goal as an NFT project and communicate how we will work towards our vision.

Community management

We ramp up our Discord and social media management, including a pack of community managers and moderators to bring our NFLips community to the moon.

We will be holding several NFT giveaways for our collection.

PHASE 2

Smart Contract will be deployed and minting starts.

Liquidity Pool

We will establish a liquidity pool and seed it to help stabilize the price of the NFLips. The plan is to launch this 2-3 days after mint and buy up NFLips at the floor price. These will be used for future marketing and giveaways, as well as for something that can’t be revealed now. Stay tuned.

Community grant

A community grant fund of $100,000 is launched. Create, design, develop, or build something that the community values, especially if it can align with the vision of our launchpad and receive funding from the NFLips team. Building out longevity and community is our #1 priority. In addition to this, 2.5% of the OpenSea fees will go into the community grant forever.

We will be working to bring further quality partnerships that will benefit you the NFLips holders and drive more awareness and demand to the project.

1st project launch

Believe it or not, we already have partnered up with an exciting female artist to bring you the first collection through our shiny new launchpad.

Onboarding

At this stage the main priority and focus will be on finding and onboarding quality projects led by women to develop and bring to market. We will only be selecting high quality projects we believe in and know that they will bring value to NFLips holders.

Merch

An exclusive NFLips merch line will drop. Hats, T-shirts, and most importantly frames & canvases. We already have several designs done and ready to go.

Expand ecosystem

We will be working with Coinbase to migrate and integrate NFLips and projects launched through our platform to their new marketplace. Once the Coinbase marketplace is live, projects launched through our platform after this point will be directly listed onto Coinbase's four million users marketplace.

PHASE 4

Our own token

We will put high efforts in launching the $LIPS token on the market. This will become the base currency of our ecosystem, giving it enormous utility. By holding NFLips NFTs you will be receiving $LIPS every day. The more $LIPS you have, the larger your launchpad allocation.

Being part of our community allows you to participate in future decisions that will impact our roadmap and ecosystem development.

What is the goal of NFLips?

Bringing empowerment to women in the NFT space through the internet’s most lovable lips.

When is public sale?

14th December 2021. The time is yet to be determined. Announcement will be made once time is confirmed.

What is the utility of NFLips NFT?

By holding NFLips, you will be able to have a whitelist spot for future launches.

In the future, by holding NFLips, you will generate $LIPS token which will become the currency of the NFLips ecosystem.

How many NFLips do I need to hold for whitelisting?

Per 10 NFLips you hold you will earn a guaranteed spot for launch projects. Multiples of that give you the according number of guaranteed spots.

Holding less than 10 NFLips will still give you the opportunity to mint before the public from an allocated pool.

Exact tiers will be announced and are subject to change without prior notice. Especially in cases where there are very limited numbers of NFTs released in a collection.

This system will be replaced once the $LIPS token is available.

How can I get $LIPS token?

You will be able to generate $LIPS token by holding NFLips token in your wallet.

You can also purchase $LIPS on Uniswap.

Where to buy NFLips?

When the time has come we will announce the minting page in our Discord and our Twitter. WE WILL NOT DM YOU!

How many can I mint?

You will be able to mint a max of 10 NFLips at once and 30 per wallet. Keep in mind these are utility NFTs also besides being beautiful art.

How do I purchase NFLips?

With the MetaMask plug-in installed, open the official website and unlock and authorise MetaMask to log in to the Ethereum mainnet, and click the purchase button to get your own NFLips.
